Celzero Pvt Ltd (India) provides Rethink: an Android Firewall and VPN app with a focus on anti-censorship and anti-surveillance. Users may download our app from our website. Using Rethink, users can do the following:
- Encrypt their DNS requests by the way of standardized DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH), Oblivious DNS-over-HTTPS (ODoH), and DNS-over-TLS protocols (DoT), or by the way of non-standard DNSCrypt protocol. Subscribers may also use built-in Rethink DNS Plus (RDNS+), which run DoH and DoT on Celzero-operated servers and optionally allow Subscribers to set rules to block trackers, malware, and phishing sites.
- Encrypt TCP and UDP traffic by the way of WireGuard VPN protocol. Subscribers may use the built-in Rethink Proxy Network (RPN), which is run by Celzero partner WireGuard VPN and proxy providers.
- Set routing rules to proxy, block, or allow traffic based on the app, destination IP address, port, or domain name.
- Modify outgoing TCP and UDP packets using select preset options.
- Capture and analyze network traffic using the built-in packet capture (PCAP) tool.
Privacy Policy
We do not collect, sell, license, share any data (personally identifiable or otherwise) from any Rethink-related Services.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the personal and business information Subscribers provide to us when they register for our Services. Subscribers understand that through their use or accessing of our Services, they consent to our Privacy Policy including the transfer of this information to other jurisdictions for storage, processing, and use by Celzero Pvt Ltd and our payment and network partners.
Conditions

- Users: (a) are not currently restricted from accessing our Services or apps, (b) are not our competitor, or are not using our Services for reasons that are in competition with us; (c) have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which they are a party; (d) will not violate any of our rights, including intellectual property rights such as patent, copyright, and trademark rights; and (e) agree to provide at their cost all equipment, software, and internet access necessary to use our Services.
- Subscribers (a) must create an Account on our Platform to use our Services, (b) must represent and warrant that they satisfy all conditions for Users, (c) must only maintain one registered account at any given time, must not be prohibited from having an Account on our Platform.
- Subscribers setting up an Account: A User may only use our Platform and Services ("Registration") if they set up an account on our Platform ("Account"). For setting up an Account, they will be required to make payment towards the use of the Services. To confirm a Subscription, Subscribers will have to provide us with certain financial information, as collected by our partner payment processors. By confirming Subscription, Subscribers will allow Celzero Pvt Ltd to charge their card for the payments (including future payments), as authorized in accordance the Subscription Plan selected. Upon setting up an Account, the User becomes a Subscriber.
Services
Celzero Pvt Ltd provides Services to Subscribers, which include Rethink: an Android Firewall and VPN app with a focus on anti-censorship and anti-surveillance. As outlined above, these Services are named RPN and RDNS+. RPN is based on WireGuard and encrypts TCP and UDP traffic processed by the Rethink Android app. RDNS+ is a DNS resolver that encrypts DNS requests using DoH and DoT protocols, and allows users to set custom rules to block trackers, malware, and phishing sites.
Celzero Pvt Ltd provides Services to Subscribers, which include Rethink: an Android Firewall and VPN app with a focus on anti-censorship and anti-surveillance. As outlined above, these Services are named RPN and RDNS+. RPN is based on WireGuard and encrypts TCP and UDP traffic processed by the Rethink Android app. RDNS+ is a DNS resolver that encrypts DNS requests using DoH and DoT protocols, and allows users to set custom rules to block trackers, malware, and phishing sites.
- Services sold by Celzero Pvt Ltd are RPN and RDNS+.
- Access to the Services is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, which is usually instant, but may take take up to 24 hours.
- All Services, apps will be regularly updated for lifetime of the Company, Celzero Pvt Ltd. End of Life (EOL) products will not receive updates after being announced as EOL.
Prohibition
Services provided by Celzero Pvt Ltd must not be resold, relicensed, reverse engineered, abused.

- Use the Service to damage or cause risk to our business, reputation, employees, subscribers, facilities, or to any person Rent, lease, loan, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Service without our prior written authorization.
- Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Service.
- Intentionally interfere with or damage operation of the Service, by any means, including uploading or otherwise disseminating on the Internet spam, viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.
- Use the Service to compromise security of, or to obtain (or try to obtain) unauthorized access to any device or system in the Internet (such attempts include port scans).
- Use the Service with the direct or indirect purpose of inciting, aiding or abetting enforcement of copyright through means of any data collection and/or retention and/or any privacy violation.
Termination
Celzero Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate, suspend or otherwise restrict your access to this Site, or any associated app or Services, with or without notice at any time for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to bypass Subscription Plan limitations, using RPN in a datacenter environment, sharing your Account with multiple people, violation of these Terms of Use or any inappropriate or unlawful behavior on your part. In addition, Celzero Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue its app or Services or any portion hereof at any time with or without notice. Celzero Pvt Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination, suspension, restriction, modification, or discontinuance.

The company name, the company logo, and the product names associated with Services are trademarks of Celzero Pvt Ltd or third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by Users and Subscribers of any such matters or any part of the Celzero Pvt Ltd is strictly prohibited. Users and Subscribers do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through Services provided by Celzero Pvt Ltd. The posting of information or materials to Services does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the site may be the copyrighted work of third parties.

Subscribers agree to indemnify, save, and hold Celzero Pvt Ltd and its contractors, employees, agents, suppliers, licensors, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of the misuse of the Service, any violation by you of this Agreement, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by Subscribers herein. Celzero Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which Subscribers are required to indemnify Celzero Pvt Ltd, and Subscribers agree to cooperate with Celzero Pvt Ltd's defense of these claims. Celzero Pvt Ltd will use reasonable efforts to notify Subscribers of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

Serverability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated from this Agreement to the minimum extent necessary and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Refunds
Subscriptions are recurring plans, as clearly noted during the payment process. If the service does not meet expectations, Subscribers can request a refund for the initial payment within 14 days of the initial payment date.

Refunds apply only to the initial payment and do not include subsequent renewals. To request a refund, you must contact our support email providing a reasonable explanation of the issue. Refunds will be granted only if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. However, your eligibility for a refund is contingent on your continued compliance with the Terms and Conditions during the review process.
Refunds are not available if you violate our Terms and Conditions, submit your request after the 14-day window, or exceed acceptable usage limits, regardless of when the issue is reviewed.
To be eligible for a refund, the definition of being within acceptable usage limits varies for different Services. For RPN, usage beyond 50GB of data transfer is considered excessive. For RDNS+, usage beyond 100,000 DNS queries is considered excessive.
Approved refunds are processed within 30 days.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WHERE APPLICABLE BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, WILL CELZERO PVT LTD OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY UNSUCCESSFUL COURT ACTION OR LEGAL DISPUTE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST REVENUES, OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR NON-PECUNIARY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH CELZERO PVT LTD.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGE
IN NO EVENT WILL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CELZERO PVT LTD OR ITS CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CELZERO PVT LTD OR ITS CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
